Title:
How Data-based coaching helps to bring more humanness to teams
Short synopsis:
See how a more empirical, data-based, approach to Agile can enhance the team’s ability to learn and improve. Empiricism is at the heart of Agile, helping us deal with complexity through frequent inspect and adapt cycles. However, it’s also a useful coaching and leadership tool, enabling you to create a safer, more objective and intriguing way to stimulate learning. Data-based coaching can practically enhance ‘Psychological safety’, counter cognitive biases and protect the team from misaligned expectations and swirling politics. Teams using tools, like JIRA or TFS, are not making the most of an asset that could help them. It is time to reclaim ‘metrics’ from their often toxic association with governance and return visual, empirical feedback into the hands of the teams.
