Exploring the pitfalls many organisaitons face when trying to deliver via Agile. Why deliver often fails, and the importance of embracing iteration and change in your organisational culture, not just your projects.

User centric design and holistic service design mean that digital delivery is no longer solely the responsibility of the IT department. Touching on everything from commercials and policy to people and location strategies, agile now a days has a much wider impact than simply delivering software. Helping leaders understand their role in empowering teams to deliver change, and helping teams get the best from their leaders, this session will use examples from both the public and private sector, to explore the many pitfalls often faced by organisations when trying to introduce or scale Agile as a project delivery methodology.
