Bio:
Zoë is an experienced digital transformation specialist, writer and speaker. With over 15 years experience in the Civil Service and Public Sector including 8 years working in Digital and Business transformation. She is currently Delivery Director at Difrent, a digital and business change professional services company, where she leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver accessible and user centric services within the Public and Private Sector. She is responsible for working with clients to ensure a clear vision is in place for all contracts, with defined outputs and measures in place to ensure delivery. Leading on defining the ways of working and delivery principles for the organisation to ensure Difrent delivers the right things in the right way for its clients and their users. Having worked across 5 Government Departments and Agencies, Zoë was previously Head of Product at the DWP and Care Quality Commission and Transformation manager at GDS. A true champion and spokes person for Agile design in the public sector. A qualified Agile practitioner and business change leader, with experience of developing and leading agile multi-disciplinary teams, working to deliver large scale projects and programs. Zoë works with executive teams and senior leaders to help organisations change and adapt to running agile at scale. Championing user centric design and ensuring products and services met the expectations of users in the digital age. Zoë is constantly invited to speak at Product Management, Digital and Cross Government events to share her experiences and expertise in best practices and ways of working. As a neurodiverse, Queer woman, she is most passionate about diversity and inclusion; having volunteered to help run and speak at a number of Diversity events throughout her career, including the DWP’s Disability Diversity event, Women in Digital events, Women in Technology events and LGBTQ+ events.
