Title:
Training mind for Agile challenges
Short synopsis:
I want to explain how I trained my mind to iterate, to fail, to face the unknown without fear, the mind always wants to be in the comfort zone, and limits you to go beyond to protect you, so sometimes we can’t reach life or work goals because our mind is not trained for this. In my youth I had depression, which led me to have low self-esteem, although for the eyes of society I was very successful at a very young age. This led me to observe my mind and to acquire techniques that allowed me to raise self-esteem, then go beyond and have no limits, face many projects and any situation in life without fear and efficiently. I discovered that one of the fundamental techniques that we underestimate is breathing. The way we breathe signals the brain that we are well or stressed. I will teach breathing exercises to understand how to handle your breath, so you can manage your mind and emotions, then you can make better decisions, therefore manage projects and life better. Also through breathing you learn to release stress that is very harmful to health if it’s maintained over time. I will talk about how the mind is a tool that we can use for or against us, it all depends on the training we have to handle it, like a knife, which is a tool and we can cut food or cut a finger, or kill someone Or kill ourselves. That’s why we must train ourselves to use the mind. I will teach some breathing techniques that very easily become meditation and have an effect on the subconscious. In the subconscious there’s information and mental programs (composed by ideas, entrenched beliefs, thoughts, etc.). These programs make us act in a way that we don’t realize and could cause us to perform self-sabotage. Meditation is used to clean the information that can cause us to self-sabotage. So I teach very simple but powerful meditation techniques and explain how to incorporate it into everyday life in an easy and practical way and to transform it into a habit, which replaces other habits that can be harmful for you. I focus on transmitting information in a very dynamic, practical and direct way, since I have seen that people have many beliefs about meditation, so they finally think it’s very difficult and don’t know how useful it can be, So they don't practice it at all.
