Helen Lisowski is an Independent Agile Leadership Consultant. Developing a deep passion for understanding habits and behaviours, Helen has been involved in many forms of agile, and agile leadership for well over a decade. From International Corporations to startups, and everything in between, seeing two companies through to acquisition, and helping transform the agile process from yearly releases to on- demand frequent releases. Doing so whilst maintaining a departmental staff turnover rate of around 2%. Helen has been presenting, running workshops and writing for many years now. Especially; why do we do things that are detrimental to ourselves? When she applies this curiosity and subsequent learnings to her work, she is forever astounded at the positive difference it makes.
