If I have to describe myself in a few sentences I would definitely say that I'm passionate about enforcing an Agile and Lean approach both at the organization and team level. I claim that the first questions you should ask while introducing change is why and what for. In my everyday work I'm focused on building fit-for-purpose products by understanding customers' needs and their expectations. I believe that only organizations built from engaged people are able to embrace change in a sustainable manner. Currently, I hold the role of Agile Coach in a multinational finance organization. However, my journey started as a software developer. After a few years I moved into a Scrum Master role. Apart from this I'm a certified coach (ICF standards) where my mission is to support IT Leaders. Besides I have an online blog & podcast about coaching [polish only]– O.Coaching and I write a blog about Kanban Method. My recent hobby is neuroscience and its application in learning as well as Scrum Master role.
