Bio:

Christine Thompson is an Agile Coach, a Team Coach and an Individual Coach. She is committed to helping you to become the best version of yourself. Christine has 20 years experience in commercial software engineering, using Agile techniques including DSDM, XP, Scrum and KanBan. She has 8 years recent experience as a Scrum Master, both in implementing Scrum from scratch and in developing teams who are already following the approach. She currently works as an Agile Coach in a role which requires her to be both a hands-on servant leader for her Scrum teams as well as an evangelist for Scrum within the organisation, driving forward agility from both the bottom-up and the top-down.
