Bio:

David is the Manager for Enterprise Agile Coaching at Fiserv and holds an MBA with the University of Auckland. He had ten years’ experience in structured programming before discovering RAD and Scrum in the 1990’s. Over the last twenty years he has worked as an agile practitioner, scrum master, coach, and consultant. David worked with prominent UK and NZ companies on software development, team coaching, and agile transformations. In 2016, he re-joined Fiserv to lead their enterprise agile coaching team, where he guides leadership in operating their enterprise agile framework and delivering on their transformation goals. David has given talks at many events and conferences, including Agile NZ, Canterbury Software Cluster, BADevDays, and Enable2016, on a broad range of topics from agile practice, transformation, and lean change. David co-founded the Agile Alliance of NZ and started up Agile on the Beach NZ (the first outside the UK). His publications include 'Agile Project Management', 'Scrum in easy steps', and 'The Paradox of Agile Transformation'.
