Talk description
Title:
The Atomic Theory of Product Teams
Short synopsis:
We all know what a good team looks like, right? I recently did some work with a place that had a strict definition: Product Owner, 1/2 scrum master, 2 QAs and 4 devs. Lots of us have had this experience. In this talk, Randy Silver dives into a very simple question: What the heck is a Product Team, and how do I manage one?

Long synopsis (optional):
We all know what a product is. At least, I hope we do. We all know how Agile works. At least, how it's supposed to. It's right there in the manifesto: 'Working software is the primary measure of progress.' But what good is working software if the company isn't providing (and realising) value? Every large company is going through an 'Agile' transformation. Many have tried more than once. They fail because teams and departments remain in silos, with only the Product/UX/Dev areas fully committed. How do we redefine a team in a complex environment and make it work? And what does basic chemistry have to do with it?
