Title:
Are we on the same page? Retrospecting the Retrospective
Short synopsis:
“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” Thomas A. Edison How often have you come out of your sprint retrospective and feel you have wasted 60 mins writing down what works or did not only not to get feedback on the status of the item? Or perhaps the concern is put in the ‘ retro backlog’ and never to be reviewed again. Or perhaps your retrospective is that same every end of sprint, you know the format and outcome even before the Scrum master say 'time for retrospective'. Retrospective is powerful tool for facilitating continuous improvement - unless they get monotonous. In this session, you will learn how to facilitate retrospective that are actionable but most importantly, loved by all. If you experienced the boring retrospective, this is the session to add more exciting and refreshing exercises/games to your toolbag.
