Neuroscience and data about how our brain works allows to rethink what we are doing as leaders and coaches and how to improve teamwork and change the process so our brain is used as effective as possible. We work in constantly changing environment and the neuroscience of change is one of the most challenging topics and it should be done well to avoid setbacks and frustration.
