Talk description
Title:
Short synopsis:
Healthy Start is a Government scheme that helps families on low income to eat healthily, by providing vouchers to buy vegetables, fruit or milk. A small team is redesigning the service from the ground up. Not just digitising the service, we are changing policy, legislation, operations and how the service interacts with multiple partners. Our talk will cover how this service design is being led by understanding the unique needs of our (often vulnerable) users, as well as those of retailers, health professionals, local authorities and charities.
