Talk description
Title:
Supurinto Tool Rush!
Short synopsis:
It seems speaker formats like Pechakucha and Ignite have restrictions, require consent and so on. This does not seem very Agile! Thus here we demonstrate a brand new open-source format for presentations called “Supurinto” which is the Japanese word for Sprint. The format is 25 images/slides incrementally building upon each other to be automatically displayed one at a time for 60 seconds and climax in an end overall outcome. And if you don’t have the time, you can even adapt it to any other timing format you wish. Which is what will happen in this talk. Making it truly an Agile open-sourced speaker format. Even though we are supposed to value “Individuals and Interactions over Processes and Tools”, being Agile over doing Agile, who doesn't need to use a good Tool now and again? Thus the “Supurinto” topic will cover 25 Agile approaches/tools. It’s a Tool Rush!

Long synopsis (optional):
It seems speaker formats like Pechakucha and Ignite have restrictions, require consent and so on. This does not seem very Agile! The format is 25 images/slides incrementally building upon each other to be automatically displayed one at a time for 60 seconds and climax in an end overall outcome. Even though we are supposed to value “Individuals and Interactions over Processes and Tools”, being Agile over doing Agile, who doesn't need to use a good Tool now and again? Thus the “Supurinto” topic will cover 25 Agile approaches/tools. It’s a Tool Rush! Some of the sub-topics covered will be: - MuHinShu - Agile Coaching Growth Wheel - Clean Language for Agile Teams - Designed Team Alliance - Empathy Map - Powerful Questions Quadrant - Facilitation Canvas - Arc of the Coaching Conversation - Randori Kata ... and many more. “Supurinto” is open-sourced under creative commons and has no restrictions whatsoever. Here will be the first chance to see it in action. Even if it’s not for you, the other X-Factor takeaways from this session are several new approaches/tools never presented before, adaptations on existing ones and exposure to ones you may have not heard of before. One can use the many ideas from this session to justify to the Boss why you should come back again next year! Boss: “What do you have for me?” Your Answer: “From the AOTB, I got these new ideas ...”
