Talk description
Title:
Culture: Startups wish they were bigger, big companies dream of being Startup-ish. So what?
Short synopsis:
What makes a start-up culture? What makes a corporate culture? What really is a company/work culture? Why culture matters? How can we assess the company culture? Can we really change it? What can be done then? In the last 16 years, I've worked with teams and organisations entering the information age, adopting modern ways of working and trying to adapt their culture to this new world. This session tries to answer all those questions and introduces a set of tools and techniques that I've found useful during my journey.
