Talk description
Title:
How to make your Definition of Done robust
Short synopsis:
In 2001 Peter Pronovost of John Hopkins Hospital introduced a checklist that saved 1,500 lives in 18 months. His work "has already saved more lives than that of any laboratory scientist in the past decade". In this talk we will learn the practice of The Checklist, a technology that is as old as mankind, and how it can help your Definition of Done raise the bar on standards and de-facto product quality. By the end of this talk participants will take home a checklist of their own to try out.
