Talk description
Title:
Roadmaps in the Agile Age
Short synopsis:
In a world where outcomes matter, how do we communicate what we are delivering and when? For sure we have an empowered delivery team, a great product owner and amazing backlog which captures the vision of what we want to build - but the real world is more complicated with many stakeholders, competing voices, and changing goals. Complexity is all around us - we'll need to be ready to adapt if we want to stay in business. In this talk Stefan will discuss how we square this circle - how to bring clarity and transparency to what we are trying to achieve whilst also creating room to inspect and adapt.
