Qaiser Mazhar is an Agile Coach and currently VP of Product at Unruly.co an Ad-tech company that was build on agile and XP principles. Qaiser has worked in a range of industries and companies of various sizes. Starting off as a software developer during the financial crisis. Qaiser quickly learnt how to do a lot with little using Lean and XP practices with a sprinkle of Scrum. Through necessity, he learnt how to empower members of his team and how to develop high performing teams. With a great passion in developing fun, challenging and safe environments, Qaiser is always on the hunt for new and interesting ways to generate value for our customers.
