Trigger people so that they move forward and make the world go round - this is my mission as I perceive it in the past several years. To fulfill it I work as a scrum master and facilitate serious games - at my current client and other companies and also as meetups and conference workshops. I started using games in 2000 long before I learned that they were called serious games. Living in Russia I used those to help individuals and teams to become better selves. In 2015 I moved to the Netherlands and established a community around soft skills in-person serious games here.
