Mike coaches 'agility' for human beings, across any industry and appropriate for any stage of the journey. He can do this because he knows that agility is not a software thing, nor is it even an industry thing. Mike coaches that agility is a deep-seated human need, that unfortunately sits in conflict with some other deep-seated human needs. He encourages fellow humans to recognise these contrary impulses, and to manage (themselves and/or their working responsibilities) in a way that maximises key outcomes. First of which is happiness.
