Keith strongly believes that everyone has the capacity to change our world for the better and we each have a duty to pay it forward to support future generations. He has a lifelong passion for learning and continuous improvement and is motivated by helping people to realise their potential as leaders in society. A Chartered Mechanical Engineer by background, Keith has acquired over 20 years of operational leadership experience in the Aerospace, Defence, Energy and Marine sectors. In that time his curiosity about the world has driven him to test himself in a variety of different contexts and to learn quickly from his mistakes. He has used his skills to design, deliver and evaluate new products involving complex systems as well as large-scale Leadership Development and Strategic Change Programmes. In doing so, he has applied Agile, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to engage teams in continuous improvement and, in adapting these principles to solve specific problems, has evolved the state of the art in several areas. Keith has an MBA from the Open University, is a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and is a Leadership Fellow at the College of St George in Windsor. In his spare time Keith enjoys spending time with his family, playing football and golf and has recently developed a passion for baking sourdough bread.
