Long synopsis (optional):
Learning about Behaviour Driven Development by building a tool for Behaviour Driven Development. This talk will explain the Behaviour Driven Development practices you can use to deliver high quality, valuable and meaningful software to all stakeholders involved. You'll be taken on a journey through one team's mission to build a tool using these practices. Along the way, we will explore the good the bad and the ugly. This is BDD in the real world. Our small Agile team wanted to improve our BDD practices and solve some of the problems we were facing on our projects, like how to focus more on conversations, and how to make living documentation accessible to all stakeholders. We set out on an adventure to build a proof of concept BDD tool that would help us collaboratively discover and deliver software requirements.
