Lyssa Adkins incorporates the technical domain in her Agile Coaching Competency Framework as one of the key skills of an agile coach. But how, many agile coaches have very little technical experience.

Workshop: Technical Agility for Agile Leaders Goals: Provide practical workshop targeting non-technical expert agile leaders, like: Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Agile Managers, etc., highlighting the technical agility and its place, the principles and agile mindset applied in coding, via hands-on experience.
