Long synopsis (optional):
EDF is an organisation that wants to be more Agile, but has a legacy of waterfall delivery. This lecture will explore the journey we've been on; dive into some of the obstacles and pitfalls; taking note of where we've succeeded and where we've failed (and what more we still have to learn!). By bringing together the theory and actual experiences, I will give you a set of principles and tools to adapt to your own organisation.
