We'll look at how major banks have tried How tech giants google approaches the problem How little businesses with no real extra revenue can solve the problem How agencies work around utilisation for innovation (people not 100% working on client work) And get back to the fact that really you need to play with business models and define when you need to innovate. --- Normally this would be accompanied by workshops on how to figure this out, lessons on defining business metrics depending on the business etc etc. But the audience should leave with an understanding on how it could spend money on making new products or just how to start reviewing it's own ability to innovate
