Talk description
Title:
XP Scrum Mastering - if it works for developers...
Short synopsis:
Pair programming has enormous benefits in terms of code consistency, reduction of silos and SPFs, common vision and quality of decision making. We hypothesised that these same benefits - particularly consistency - would accrue from (promiscuously) pairing Scrum Masters across teams. Further, it would help with cross-team dependencies, and provide seamless cover for when Scrum Masters were vacationing, sick or otherwise unavailable. The At giffgaff, we were starting a whole new lean way of working so it seemed the ideal time to try this as an experiment. This talk presents our findings.
