Bio:

Roy Marriott is an Agile Leadership Coach, helping leaders and teams improve performance in ways that are more fun for everyone. His speciality is when “off the shelf” Agile processes don’t quite fit, helping create tailored ways of working that really hit the spot. He started his career with a degree in Computer Science from Cambridge University. He was a research engineer at BT and HP Research Labs, and consulted for BBC, Acorn (now ARM) and Phillips. Roy started coaching professionally in 1994, and has been training leaders, managers and coaches since 2005. He is also a developer of coaching models that are in use around the world, focused on applications such as Change without Resistance, Feedback, Psychological Safety, Negotiation, Delegation, Time Mastery and Resilience. Roy has coached and trained leaders and coaches from organisations such as ARM, Bain Consulting, Bupa, Cambridge University, Display Link, European Space Agency, European Patent Office, IdeaGen, Microsoft, NHS, Nestle, National Australian Bank, and many others around the world.
